Description: Our personalised cup coasters and table mats make a great gift for friends and family or even as a treat for yourself for your personalised dining set, home or office.
We use high quality inks to print the coasters, and they they will not fade, crack or peel. To care for your coasters and table mats wipe clean with a damp cloth.

Cup Coaster:
– Square Coaster: 9 x 9cm (3.5″ x 3.5″), high gloss finish
– Round Coaster: diameter of 9cm (3.5″), high gloss finish
– These hardboard coasters are approximately 3mm thick
– Pair with table mats to complete any personalised dining set.
Personalisation: All items can be personalised with any name, text or custom image. Please specify in the personalisation box with clear instructions where you’d like your personalisation to be printed.
A preview of your personalisation will only be sent if requested specifically when placing the order. Please note that you are responsible for the correct spelling as we do not take responsibility for any spelling mistakes from the buyer. We also urge buyers to frequently check their Etsy Messages for any communication from our side, especially in regards to previews and approvals. Do not send us any emails as we will only respond via Etsy!
Shipping:
– All orders are dispatched via our studio in London, UK. Therefore please check shipping times before placing your order.
– All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail, Second Class. Please purchase the upgraded postal services if you require Royal Mail First Class, Royal Mail Next Day Delivery or Royal Mail Tracked and Signed Delivery.
– All International Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail, standard delivery without tracking. Please purchase the upgraded postal services if you require tracking information or express delivery.
– US orders are dispatched via Royal Mail, standard international delivery without tracking. They will be delivered via your local post office, USPS. We do not provide tracking information for standard delivery.
– All available upgraded postal services are available in the dropdown menu at checkout.
Returns/Exchange:
If your order is NOT personalised, we offer the option to return the order. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return postage in all circumstances and if eligible, a refund will be processed via Etsy.
All personalised orders are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges except if a mistake was made from our side. Therefore the buyer must ensure to send us the right text/name without any spelling mistakes and approve custom orders via Etsy messages. We will not respond to emails and all communication must be made via Etsy messages.
Custom Charges/Tax:
When a package ships internationally outside of the UK, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. Depending on the country, the buyer may be required to pay these charges at the time of delivery. The amounts can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. We (the seller) are not responsible for custom charges.
